Experience the transformative power of deep rest, using the profound practice of Yoga Nidra. This guided meditation restores the body, awakens the senses, and clears the mind. It shifts any habitual patterns that keep you from being calm, clear and balanced.

During Yoga Nidra, you experience a hypnagogic state, which is the state between sleeping and waking. This practice accesses brainwave states that allow us to release stored tensions and facilitate the natural healing process.

This workshop will immerse you in a two-part journey to the inner experience: gentle yoga practice, followed by deep rest and reset
